Locations: 

Conference Sessions: All conference sessions will be held at the Treetops Resort Convention Center in Gaylord, Michigan.

Skiing/ Snowboarding & Waterpark: The Thursday night  skiing and waterpark activities will be held at Boyne Mountain Resort in Boyne Falls, Michigan.

Teenspec Tournament: The Teenspec Tournament will be held at the Gaylord High School.

Meals: All meals will be served from one location this year, located in the Kohl's Plaza (between Kohls and TJ Maxx) across form Grace Baptist Church. This building will be clearly marked with the Teen Spectacular 2012 logo.

Costs:  

CONFERENCE COST:

$55 per person

            * You may be noticing that the price has gone up $5  from last year. This is because we will be providing one additional meal to

             all registered conference delegates this year. The only meals not included in the conference registration fee will be breakfast on

             Friday and Saturday morning. All participating area hotels provide a free continental breakfast to all guests.

             PRE-REGISTRATION:  A pre-registration cost of $20 person is due by February 13. ($25  per person thereafter)

             You may pre-register on the "register" page of this website or by phone 989.732.5676. (Grace Baptist Church)

          REGISTRATION: Once each delegate has been pre-registered the remaining  conference cost of $35 per person

          will be due on the day of the conference at the main conference registration table.

              (Registration begins at 11 am on Thursday, March 1.)

            *If you would like to attend only the Saturday portion of the conference, the cost is $20 per person. This requires no pre-

             registration. Payment will be due at the registration table upon arrival.

ACTIVITY COSTS:

$20 per person - Boyne Mountain Skiing & Snowboarding  (Thursday 4 - 9 pm)

           AND/OR

$20 per person - Avalanche Bay Indoor Water Park (Thursday 9:30 - 12:00 pm)

            * When you register online or by phone, we will need to know how many from your group will be  participating in each of these

             activities. However, payment is not due until you arrive at the conference registration table, on March 1. You may chose to

             participate in both, just one, or neither of events.

TEENSPEC TOURNAMENT COSTS:

$10 per player - Basketball & Volleyball Tournament (Friday 5 - 10 pm)

            *The deadline to register your team(s) is February 27th. Payment is due upon registration and is included on the pre-  registration

            form, found on the "register" page of this website. Don't forget to mark down your t-shirt sizes on the form.

            *Included in this cost, each player will be given a team t-shirt. This is a single elimination tournament. The final two teams in each

            sport will advance to a championship game where they will have the chance to play in front of the entire Teen Spectacular crowd.

            The winning basketball and volleyball teams will each be awarded $250, and of course, the coveted 2012 Teenspec Tournament

            trophy!

* For those groups that do not wish to participate in the tournament, we are offering an alternate ICE SKATING activity during this time.

  The cost for this activity is $3 per person, and can be paid once you arrive at the skating complex. (Friday 5 - 7 pm, Otsego County Sportsplex)
